Oceanwave healthcare center will be located in newport beach, california. This center provides consultation services and aids to assist patients with the transition of cancer diagnosis and adapt to a healthy lifestyle. it provides a private beach access to inhibit wellbeing and uplift the spirits. the layout of the space includes a harmonious ambiance resembling nature through materials, colors, acoustic, and lighting maintaining patient privacy and comfort. this evidence based design represents the four stages of cancer and connects them with the four types of ocean waves, thus having an ocean wave design concept
